The crew from this company was fantastic to work with. The work involved demolition of part of my kitchen due to water damage from my dishwasher. I expected to come home from work to a lot of dust and debris, but when I got home everything was spic and span. They had even installed plastic “doorways” at each entry zippers for easy entry and containment.  Jeff, Leo, and Salvador were awesome. Very professional, pleasant, and conscientious in every way. We've had extensive water damage in two separate occasions in the recent past (ceiling flooding, fridge leaking) and the team at Washington Water Damage have been very responsive, friendly, and fast to work with both times. They worked with our insurance adjuster directly (Pemco), and talked me through their process each time. Joshua the team leader was always easy to communicate with, and Jeff the Manager worked to fit us in very quickly each time. We had excellent service from this business.  They were recommended by our insurance company after we had two roof leaks.  They got here right away, assessed the areas that were damaged, opened them up so that they could dry out, put blowers and air filters in place, and treated to prevent mold. My upstairs neighbor recently had a serious plumbing problem which resulted in soaked carpeting, and damage to portions of the ceiling and walls.  The team from WWD responded very quickly and had their fans and dehumidifiers set up within a couple of hours. I could not speak any higher about all aspects of this company!!!

A couple weekends ago, my washer continue to fill and it flooded my entire basement with about 2" of water.

My insurance company sent WWD&CS out to remove the water and take out the affected material that same day.  Leo and his crew were at my home in a couple of hours.  They were very reassuring that they could take care of all of the mess.  This was largest issue i've had to deal with at my home so I was a little distraught.  They were kind, friendly, very professional, wore masks at all times due to COVID concerns and their take out of all the materials was the cleanest work I've ever seen. Even the stacking and moving of my stuff was done with extreme care.

If I ever have the need for their services again, I will specifically request this company and Leo's team.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Jeff Roach and his team saved our home. We woke up one morning last summer to a flooded house where it was literally raining indoors. We called Washington Water Damage and even though their crew was scheduled to do other repairs, they quickly rescheduled and showed up at our house ready to set up driers, pack everything and do the needed demo to the affected rooms. Jeff was responsive, honest and a bit of a rock in a situation that was completely unsettling for new home owners like us. His crew was professional and responsive and Jeff helped us deal with our very unresponsive insurance adjuster.
